The constant demands, never-ending to-do lists, and the pressure to be everything to everyone have left you burnt out, overwhelmed, and overstimulated. You’re exhausted from people-pleasing, saying ‘yes’ when you want to say ‘no,’ and putting yourself last—but you’re ready for a change.

I work clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts/feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I find pride in being warm, compassionate, welcoming, and open-minded, and humor is my favorite trait! Together, we’ll create space for you to breathe, grow, and reconnect with what brings you joy. Using a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I’ll support you in managing stress, building self-care routines, and rediscovering what makes you feel whole. I am passionate about helping teens and adults who feel trapped by constant worry and anxiety.
