About My Clients

You have checked all the boxes of what you think would bring health and happiness. Yet you live with constant anxiety, dread of something going wrong, and a sense that you aren't good enough. You care deeply and feel strongly, and that can make it hard to put work down, hard to ignore other people's negativity, hard to not take everything personally. You want to be more present for the moments of your life, and you've tried pretty much everything to no avail. You wonder if there is another way.

My Background and Approach

I create a safe space where you can be truly seen and heard. In session, you will have my full attention. Sometimes, I might just listen deeply and affirm you. Other times, I may invite you to notice something about the way your body tells your story. We will work together to slowly and safely release old beliefs and traumas stored in the body. Clients who work with me find peace within and towards themselves, underneath the armor of who they thought they needed to be to please others. They develop self-awareness and nervous system regulation skills to better manage stress and overwhelm in a way that feels empowered, supports choice, and allows for deep rest. Deep wisdom and healing happens on a non-verbal level; the body moves towards healing and wholeness given the right set of conditions- especially safety, choice, and deep care. It is my honor and privilege to support the healing that wants to happen.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that most of our symptoms can be attributed to living in an unwell society that thrives off of othering, disembodiment, greed, fear, overwork, and binary thinking. Healing ourselves and our minds is not only radical, but imperative, if we are to reclaim our individual and collective wholeness. The more that we can lean into community, find safe spaces to be real and raw and vulnerable, we can heal our mind, body, and soul, and take back our power. This is how we find our way back home to ourselves. We can restore hope, healing, and collective care to the world in which we live, starting with our relationship to our own suffering.
