About My Clients
We love working with are variety of individuals that have been knocked down by the people in their life and the society in which they were raised. We love being able to help them to see their own beauty, understand their worth, and be confident in themselves so they are not rocked by the everyday pressures of life every time they try to make a move in their life. We work with individual at all stages of their life from the young to the old to help them in transforming their lives.
My Background and Approach
We take a laid back approach to things because we know that this process can be hard. We don't want you to feel uncomfortable diving into some of the most intimate parts of your life. We use the language that you use and make sure you can tell that we understand what you're going through, because we have also crossed that bridge. We will make sure that we are connected to each other because through connection you will be able to change your life. We have each had our own struggles, experienced life and came out on the other end standing tall and we want to get you to that point too. So many people deal with mental health issues on a daily basis, including each one of us, but we don’t let it stop us and we don’t want it to stop you either. We want to show you how badass you are so that you can deal with past trauma, kick anxiety or depression in the ass and start feeling like the person we know you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We started this group practice, in reality, to change the world. We wanted to make sure that we not only provided a space for people to get the help that they need but also a place to make sure we are restocking the world with more therapists that know how to help diverse communities. We wanted to be able to show the community that therapy does not have to be this thing to be ashamed of but something you tell the world that you are doing because you love yourself and want better for yourself. We wanted to make sure that therapy was affordable to those that wanted it and they weren't restricted to only the providers that would accept their insurance. We wanted to just do good for the community!
