About My Clients
Clients I work with are in a place where they want to learn different ways to approach issues in their life. They are engaged and open to having real conversations with their therapist about what is going on in their life. Most clients are ready to meet with me weekly or biweekly and are committed to their progress. Most clients come in with depression and anxiety about their life and we learn that there are many concerns to process. We will take time for them all.
My Background and Approach
I have been in practice since 2017 and have been working as a therapist since 2014. My approach is casual yet intentional. Meaning I will use classic techniques in a way that is conversational and relatable. My goal is to give clients a space that is their own and where they be comfortable to express their needs and work through them to get better outcomes. I will ask questions and learn about my clients and provide different perspectives to consider as a way to push through their normal responses to life and develop new ways to face challenges and changes. My experience includes work with many types of conditions including: schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma and more.
