About My Clients
You aren't quite sure what is wrong. You have worked to get here but something isn't quite right. My mission is to assist with transitions in life. We all go through many changes through life and as we age sometimes it gets harder to make the changes that we are expected to. Divorce, aging, illness, and retirement all can provide opportunities to figure out what we will bring us joy. I can help.
My Background and Approach
Are you going through unexpected change? Is growing older changing everything you know about yourself? Do you or your parent need to think about downsizing? Are you and your partner needing to think about what is next? I bring more than 30 years of experience to helping you and/or your loved one. I spent 25 years in the behavioral health field with individuals with long term mental illness and addictions. My life changed dramatically when my husband was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer s and Vascular Dementia. After his death it became my mission to assist Elders and their families and other in re-finding the joy by reducing the stress you experience when trying to manage and coordinate care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we will continue to change and grow at any point in our lives. regardless of our age. As an Elder we can be vibrant involved individuals when our "stuff" is handled. I will assist you in handling that "stuff".
