My practice is inspired by and utilizes both my personal and professional experience.
My strength naturally and professionally is emotion focused. I like for us to be collaborative, with you being the expert of you and me being a supportive guide. Talk therapy alone can be limiting, so I like to introduce somatic (body focused) elements, expressive arts, intuitive practices, community outreaching, and referrals for supplemental supportive services.
We'll work together to help you: Identify emotional patterns that have you feeling distressed and/or isolated. Address and respond to current life stressors. Develop a personal wellness practice that tends to your emotional, sexuality, relational and spiritual needs. Connect to your pleasures, desires and goals. Establish a supportive community/networks.
