My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor the work to your unique experience. Some of the approaches I use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Therapy. We will work together to find the approach and techniques best suited for your journey.
