About My Clients
Does anxiety or the daily overwhelm of emotions make it difficult to relax or prevent your from decision making? Has grief taken over and you would like some relief? These are a few of the things I can help with, and below are the rest. I work with clients navigating anxiety, hyper-sensitivity, relational dynamics, boundaries, self-esteem, assertiveness, identity exploration, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, aging, caretaking and family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
Together, we will build a trusting relationship so that we can explore challenges while drawing on your innate strengths. Through our collaboration, you’ll be able to unpack traumas and triggers, opening the door to joy, authenticity, deeper understanding, and release. I am guided by curiosity, the wisdom of the body, and empathy, with a person-centered approach that honors you as the expert of your own life. My approach is eclectic and systemic, recognizing that the various systems we inhabit, ranging from early childhood relationships to present-day-life, profoundly shape us. I utilize an array of modalities and interventions, including psychodynamic theories, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, attachment theory, emotionally focus therapy, and trauma theories.
