Labeling how you feel can be tough and you often find yourself stuck, confused, withdrawn or avoidant. You withdraw from others feeling completely empty and numb. You have to be strong. All. The. My Background and Approach
You are ready to slow down, live in the moment, experience happiness, connect, heal and begin to trust others. Therapy does that. You can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself here. There is a space for all of it! The process may be tough but recognizing your strengths and gaining insight will help change how you engage with yourself and others. You are worth it!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach with clients is laid back and informal. My calm and supportive demeanor, served with a side of humor allows for a safe, judgement-free zone that allows you to be yourself while providing a space to lay your worries down for a while as we explore your unique concerns and work on solutions together to get you back on track and living in the moment. I personally understand what it is like to be on the other side of trauma as I have struggled with periods of difficulty resulting from traumatic experiences. I can promise I will take pride working alongside you at your own pace until you are ready to conquer it on your own.
