About My Clients
Are you terrified about having a difficult conversation with a loved one? Do you struggle with being honest about yourself for fear of rejection? Are you hurting in your relationship and don't know how to share this with your partner or partners? We can work through these difficult navigations, and I am very difficult to shock, so let me support you in getting open about those hard topics.
My Background and Approach
We all struggle with life circumstances and difficult relationships! My primary goal is to support and assist people in relationships and families to improve connection and explore attachment, to provide feedback to help resolve current problems, and to promote change and disrupt unhelpful patterns of communication. I am most passionate about how people communicate through change and have experience working with sexuality, intimacy, coming-out, gender identities, blended families, polyam, and kink. I have also worked with recovering from trauma and managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I work collaboratively with you to improve your toolbox providing coping strategies and reducing stress and conflict. I have both life experience and training to help you heal and grow, and provide a non-judgmental open safe place for you to explore and adapt to the difficulties of change and hardship. I often bring a friendly small dog who loves to support us in our wellness.
