The population I serves includes children twelve and up, couples, and adults. I have experience addressing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, loss, financial strain, relationship challenges, difficult life circumstances, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults and couples using a person centred approach. I have training in emotionally focused therapy, attachment theory, EMDR, and Psychodrama. I also have a fine arts, music, and dance background. I utilize an eclectic approach to accommodate what works best for each individual and foster a safe and comfortable environment that helps each client fulfill their treatment goals.
