My clients and I co-create a gentle and warm space for my clients to explore their identities and narratives. While doing so, issues and stresses related to family, work, relationships, education, intergenerational trauma, identities and transitions are likely to come up. Through introspection, connection, and skills learning, I am here to encourage my clients to grow into and sustain the most authentic versions of themselves.

I believe in having a warm, compassionate, nurturing, and validating relationship with my clients. Everyone has a story that is rich, complex, and nuanced. I am here to listen intently and collaborate with you to achieve your therapeutic goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our mental health is connected to different aspects of our lives. It's important to view how our mental health connects to our physical health, spiritual health, friendships, romantic relationships, familial relationships, societal systems, and so much more. Given how interconnected these different aspects are, the need to increase access to affordable mental health care is paramount. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and mental health care. Cultural humility lies in the core of my therapeutic approach. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and believe in taking the time to learn and understand the different identities and experiences that have shaped my clients’ stories.
