About My Clients
Do you sometimes feel like you are bad at being an adult? All of the "little" things required to function feel impossible to keep up with, so how are you ever supposed to get to those big goals and dreams you have? And how do others make it look so easy? The people I work with are vibrant and creative, yet often feel a deep sense of inner chaos, overwhelm, and shame just beneath the surface. If this is you, let's connect to talk about how I can help!
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist, a social worker, and a proud ADHDer. I am passionate about working with clients who are motivated (that doesn’t mean they don’t also struggle a LOT daily with motivation!) They want better for themselves despite sometimes feeling their brains are working against them. Imagine knowing exactly what to do the next time you feel overwhelmed, experiencing more ease and calm in daily life, leaning into your creative mind instead of constantly fighting it, having more confidence in your ability to work towards your goals, and embracing a life that feels both more functional and more fun. I have been so lucky to work with many ADHDers on this path and have seen that therapy and learning to work with your neurodivergence really DOES work. It isn’t always pretty or consistent or linear because that just isn’t what ADHD looks like, but change can and does happen.
