About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals who are neurodivergent, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research of Bryn Mawr College, and I completed a Clinical Social Work Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital, a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School. My professional experience spans outpatient, inpatient, virtual and school-based settings, where I have had the privilege of serving students and families in various stages of their mental health journeys. I utilize a strengths-based psychodynamic framework in my practice, fostering a therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their inner worlds and build resilience. My approach is rooted in humor, gentleness, and authenticity, ensuring that every interaction supports the growth and well-being of the individuals I serve. I believe that the most important part of beginning therapy is finding a therapist who you feel a genuine connection with.
