My goal as a therapist is to help you feel heard, seen, and valued within your relationship. Whether you’re navigating parenting challenges, trying to get on the same page, or simply looking to deeper your connection, I provide a warm, empathetic, and judgement-free space for you to explore and grow together.
My Background and Approach
I use a collaborate, emotion-focused approach to guide couples in understanding each other’s emotional experience and patterns. While I am not the expert on your relationship (you are), I aim to help you uncover truths, shift unhelpful dynamics, and build trust in yourselves and each other. I believe in moving at a pace that feels right for you. My style is soft, curious, and supportive, creating an environment where both partners feel safe to express themselves. By exploring emotions and fostering mutual understanding, we work together to strengthen your bond and create meaningful change. I’m looking forward to meeting you!

Please note: I currently only have sessions available before 3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and I am only offering virtual sessions.
