About My Clients
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burn-out, negative self-talk, and those who wish to explore how their early childhood experiences are showing up in their lives today. I also enjoy working with parents and mothers (I am a mother myself), highly-sensitive folks (HSP), as well as couples looking to reconnect and strengthen their relationship.
My Background and Approach
My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, empathetic, and judgement-free space for you to feel seen and understood on this journey of being human. I have a soft, collaborative, and curious approach and I see myself as a guide to help you discover truths, change patterns that are no longer serving you, and learn to trust yourself. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I move at a pace that feels right for you. I'm looking forward to meeting you! Note: I do not currently have sessions available after 4pm, or on Thursdays and Fridays at this time. I am also only offering video or phone sessions.
