My Background and Approach
I offer bilingual personalized counseling services for adults in Texas. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I also provide a safe space to address and treat delicate situations such as domestic and sexual violence. I believe that a person should not be labeled by their experiences but by what they choose to do with them. My professional goal is to offer the opportunity to help you safely address current or previous concerns/stressors/experiences in order to work towards finding more pleasure, fulfillment, and happiness in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a native El Pasoan who enjoys spending as much time with family while also addressing self-care by reading a book, going to the movies, or just play video games. I grew up around the border between Mexico and the US. Son of Mexican parents so I am fortunate to speak Spanish fluently while also understand its culture.
