About My Clients
I offer a safe and supportive space to build a collaborative relationship that promotes self-exploration, and acceptance. I work with teens, adults and couples on a wide range of issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Studies from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I completed a psychodynamic-focused clinical training from Maple Counseling Center. During this time I worked with adolescents and young adults of all backgrounds. Adjacent to this training, I volunteered with the Trevor Project as a virtual crisis counselor for LGBTQ+ adolescents. Along with my clinical training, I am a Board Member of the Next Generation Advisory Committee for UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. As a board member, we support the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital Board of Advisors in helping to preserve and improve psychiatric hospital-based services at UCLA.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am invested in providing a space that offers empathy, honesty, and insight. We will work together to expand your awareness, and self-knowledge as we work through life's difficult moments and transitions. Through this self-discovery, I aim to support you in reaching your goals and a sense of personal fulfillment.
