About My Clients

Transitioning into motherhood can be overwhelming. You once managed everything effortlessly, but now, with the added responsibilities, it feels like you're constantly falling short. The pressure to excel in every aspect of life—parenting, career, relationships—leaves you feeling inadequate and burdened by guilt and shame. You're not a bad parent; you're simply navigating the challenges of parenthood with the tools you have. It's okay to seek support without feeling ashamed or judged.

My Background and Approach

I support women who are navigating parenting, their career, and their relationships to find themselves again and find balance in their lives without shame or judgment. I use a combination of holistic modalities to support my clients, including mindfulness and somatic psychology, and always use a trauma-informed, relational framework with my clients. I focus on building authentic relationships with my clients and creating a felt sense of safety and connection in the therapy space. Many of the women that I work with describe themselves as always putting others' needs before their own and now they struggle to identify and prioritize their needs. They struggle to "keep up" with the demands of parenting, their relationship, and their career. I spend time with my clients exploring how experiences early on in their lives are impacting them currently, and work collaboratively to better understand and shift old patterns to support them better in the present.

More About the People I Treat

As a parent of two young children and as someone who has also been diagnosed with ADHD, I have first-hand experience that allows me to connect and have a deep understanding of some of the complexities of my clients' needs. Together, we can explore strategies to ease the overwhelm, prioritize self-care, and learn to ask for help without guilt. You can learn how to slow down and breathe. Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consult to see if we are a good fit. You don’t have to do this alone and I would be honored to support you on your healing journey, no matter where you're starting from.
