About My Clients
I work with individual, couple and families suffering from anxiety, depression and/or behavior problems. Parents if your feeling hopeless on how to manage your child/teen who is acting out or struggling with depression/anxiety please reach out. Maybe your in a relationship and you can't seem to work out that fight you have everyday. I will work along side you, your relationship and your family in order to help co-dsicover the negative pattern that keeps people stuck, and unconnected.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters degree in Couple and Family therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, where I interned at the council for relationships for two years, while also running therapeutic groups a number of homeless shelters throughout the Philadelphia area. Growing up, I myself struggled with sever anxiety and panic attacks at the age of 7 years old. Thus, I can truly connect and empathize with my clients, which is something I strive to do every session. My approach comes from an Ecosystemic Family Therapy Model, while incorporating EFT and CBT. Prior to opening up a private practice I work for several years, as an intensive family based therapist. Working with families who were dealing with sever mental health problems. My focus is to help rebuild relationships and promote positive change between people. I work along side individuals, families and couples, to help people get unstuck, and discover a pathway that leads to healthy functioning and trusting relationships.
