I believe that having person-centered and holistic therapeutic approaches are important in helping your concerns. I like to meet you where you're at in your journey and have fluid conversations so that along the way, the alliance remains solid. I like to think about therapy as your time to unload and conquer the known, unknown, and hidden. I enjoy building a personalized toolkit so that you can have along the way to build, fix, and create what you need and want in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Autonomy, empathy, compassion, genuineness, uniqueness, empowerment, and respect are important values to have. For years, I've served to advocate for individuals and families that have been homeless and needed to navigate through difficult systems that are historically complex and many times inattentive. I volunteer to empower young adults who are in college and identify with BIPOC, lower income, and immigrant communities who want coaching in achieving their next goals of being accepted into graduate school and/or landing their ideal career.
