About My Clients
You might feel like you’re carrying a burden that isn’t fully yours, yet it weighs you down. You could be struggling with feelings of guilt, shame, or anger that seem to have no clear source, or you might find yourself repeating the same painful patterns. It’s easy to feel stuck or disconnected from who you really are, often putting others’ needs above your own. You don’t have to face this alone—we can work through these challenges together.
My Background and Approach
The therapy I offer is grounded in psychodynamic principles, but I like to keep it human first. Trained in other modalities, I may integrate EMDR, trauma informed attachment focused principles and mindfulness to our work together. My main goal as a therapist is to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and even somatic sensations. We’ll gently navigate those tough experiences of the past, uncovering relationship patterns and emotional stuck points. It is my hope that in our work together that new ways of being are possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What makes life so beautiful is often the very thing that makes it so challenging. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow at any time in their lives. There’s no limit to what we can achieve when we’re willing to confront the unhealthy coping mechanisms we’ve picked up along the way. Mental health struggles often stem from unconscious emotional conflict but together we can slowly worth through those experience creating resilience and hope especially in times of adversity. As both a therapist and a client, I've witnessed the profound changes and deep meaningful shifts that are possible when we allow ourselves to access vulnerability and connection.
