You’re family and friends love you but, they just don’t get it (maybe you don’t either). They (and you) can't understand why you can't be your "old self" or why can't you just "snap out of it".
My Background and Approach
Trauma SUCKS! Anxiety is AWFUL! Depression is DREADFUL! You want things to get better but you feel uncomfortable asking for help. I can appreciate that. I am a combat veteran and a former member of the Marine Corps. I have often felt frustrated, guilty or ashamed. When I reached out for help, it made things worse. It doesn't have to be that way! It is my mission to make those I serve, feel appreciated and supported. Starting to work with me is easy...
