I am a therapist & life coach with over 10 years of experience in Psychology. I have a BA in Psychology from UC Davis & an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northcentral University. My clinical expertise includes college students, Veterans, couples, & families as well as extensive experience with neurodivergent children, families, & ND couples.
I also provide ASD assessments.
My main treatment focuses include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is a form of psycho-social treatment that focuses on challenging and changing negative thought patterns in order to improve emotional regulation and develop coping skills to reduce symptomology; and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), which is a strength-based approach to psychotherapy based on solution-building and a focus on current presenting problems and past causes. These modalities, coupled with a focus on advanced behavior therapy, attachment theory, and cognitive dissonance, allow me to serve a diverse and broad population.
