My Background and Approach

I have over 12 years of specialized experience helping clients who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, & struggling to manage the stress, anxiety, & panic present in their lives. When clients come to me they are seeking to overcome the feeling of being weighed down by constant stress & anxiety because they know how much these issues are holding them back from living life to the fullest. I will help you explore & identify the root cause of your feelings, how your emotions, thoughts, & behaviors interact in a way that is contributing to your distress, develop the skills needed to move past these unpleasant & restricting fears & worries, & live a life free from stress, panic, and anxiety. After working together you will walk away from therapy freed from life’s burdens. You’ll be able to manage anxiety and stress, employ relaxation and coping strategies effectively, and build the confidence needed for continued success.
