About My Clients
Are you constantly feeling self-defeated? Do you feel like what other people want from you is more important than what you want from yourself? Is it a real struggle for you to be vulnerable in your relationships with others? You are not alone. Many of my clients struggle with the same issues! You are here because you have made a powerful choice —to put yourself first. You've decided that you are ready to learn how to truly set boundaries, thrive and heal from the past.
My Background and Approach
In my 9+ years as a licensed trauma-informed therapist, I have helped many women ages 18 and older learn how to heal from past trauma, and show up for themselves each and every day. It’s time to create the life you want. I’m here to help you feel more emotionally attuned to yourself and connect with others in a way that honors your needs. After finishing my graduate training at UC Berkeley, I had the privilege of completing extensive post graduate training in attachment psychotherapy, trauma-informed interventions, CBT, and interpersonal psychotherapy. My practice exclusively works with women 18 and older from all backgrounds and experiences. It is my belief that you are more than what has happened to you. With my use of leveraged psychotherapy practices with practical tools, we'll find the right combination of support to help you move from survival mode towards a life with meaning, purpose and joy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an LGBTQ and BIPOC-informed therapist and ally and enjoy working with and supporting ALL women. I believe that everyone should feel understood in therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming space for you to heal.
