My Background and Approach
I have been practicing as a therapist for almost 3 years. I have studied mostly a differentiation based model for couples therapy following the work of David Schnarch, Terry Real, Ellen Bader, and Jennifer Finlayson-Fife. I have done some training in both the Crucible Method approach and Relational Life Therapy. Through my training I can help clients get out of gridlock, strengthen their relationship and create true intimacy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that relationships grow just as humans do, and is a lifelong process. Given the right tools and resources, personal growth can lead us to better mental and relational health. I help relationships heal from conflict, emotional abuse, codependency, sexual problems, poor communication, and other states of regression.
