For over ten years, I have been working with individuals just like you. We work together to find tools that work for you to begin to cope differently with the stress of life. I also work with you to look at how the coping strategies you have leaned on serve you and have helped you survive, so that we can understand and find new effective options that work specifically for you. You will gain perspective, skills and resilience to approach life in a different way.
