I have extensive experience working with mindfulness practices that provide my clients an opportunity to deepen self awareness and cultivate presence with limiting beliefs and stories. It is through this increased awareness that clients have an ability to rewrite their stories and reclaim personal power.

I have a passion for shifting the status quo and understanding the way the systems we live in impact our bodies, psyches and beliefs about ourselves and capabilities which shows up in my work with clients. I view my clients and their experiences through a holistic perspective which takes into account their mind, body, soul, culture, and systems they live within including intergenerational trauma, wisdom and strength.

I have a unique understanding for the way in which energy and past trauma is stored in the body given my background in Reiki and emotional freedom techniques. My approach takes into account the ways our minds and bodies are interconnected. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts in the mind, I support my clients to identify pain points in the body with the purpose of transmuting and freeing themselves of stored emotion. My work with clients also includes energy work via boundary setting.

I have extensive experience helping clients improve boundaries and self worth. I believe healthy boundaries allow us to live freer, less burdened lives, improve confidence and lead to closer, healthier relationships. Often what gets in my clients' way of having good boundaries is the belief that their needs are less important than others. My work with clients centers around changing limiting self beliefs and understanding how attachment with caretakers early in life impacts self esteem today.

My work with clients centers on deepening self awareness and connection, getting to the root of what is causing anxiety. Often clients find that patterns passed down through intergenerational lines that they learned early in life create anxiety in their bodies as adults. My approach in helping clients free themselves from anxiety is trauma informed. I lean on the inner child framework to help understand how early life experiences show up today and deepen connection and trust within.

Often the clients who find me are nearing max capacity. They have a pattern of taking on more than they can handle because they fear disappointing others. They are often caretakers and empathic people who really care about others but sometimes at the cost of their own needs. I help my clients to understand their patterns from a loving and compassionate place, shifting their beliefs of self worth and working through the discomfort that comes with needed change.
