About My Clients
My clients come from a variety of backgrounds, those who have struggled in the clinical mental health system and are looking for novel approaches to mental health and wellness. Working with a large varieties of suffering, from human sexuality, sexual trauma, mental illness diagnoses, trauma, depression and more, we focus less on diagnosis and more on creating the life and sense of Self needed to heal from all forms of mental suffering.
My Background and Approach
I worked for three years as a Qualified Mental Health Associate, doing skills work and case work in the clinical community health community. After completing my Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology in 2019 and starting my Ph.D. in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing practices in 2020, I started my own private coaching practice in 2021. My experiences in clinical mental health led me to realize that a lot was missing in terms of healing in traditional mental health and psychological interventions helping me to understand that clients need more compassionate, spiritually focused care. Specializing in psychedelic integration, Jungian analysis methods (dreamwork, exploring the unconscious, and individuation work), as well as spiritually, compassion focused care I offer clients a new way of understanding themselves and their pathologies and help them to create healthier relationships to Self and others, despite mental health struggles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Personally I am a spiritually, grounded, individuated person who has spent many years seeking to understand myself and my own mental health struggles. After integrating a yoga practice and utilizing psychedelic medicines over ten years ago into my life, I found the first glimmers of peace and hope after many years of struggle and failure. I believe that clinical mental health options often come up short of healing root causes and issues, and that healing is a holistic multilayered process.
