About My Clients

I help adults who are overwhelmed, frustrated, or confused by panic, anxiety, stress, burnout, physical symptoms, and/or dissociation. Let's work on reconnecting with a deep sense of safety, well-being, and joy. I focus primarily on the LGBTQIA+ community and people that are healing from abuse, including those exploring gender, a/sexuality, relationship structures, disability, spirituality, neurodiversity, and otherwise celebrating our true selves!

What I Specialize In

You have a place in this world, and the ability to shape it and make it better. Together we’ll explore and celebrate what makes you come alive, feel deeply connected, and infused with a sense of purpose. These processes allow us to connect with your true self and can unlock many other desired life changes. The source of our pain can often be traced back to experiences of relational disconnection and trauma. However if you feel stuck after years of talk therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapies feel invalidating or frustrating, contact me about Brainspotting sessions. I have found Brainspotting to be a gentle, sensitive, highly effective trauma therapy that uses deep relational attunement from the therapist and somatic healing processes to identify, resolve, and transform long-held trauma.

My Values as a Therapist

It's clear that state violence against marginalized communities, compounding oppressions, and intergenerational trauma are at the heart of what leads to most mental illness. We're not expected to be okay in the face of constant danger and injustice. And yet, part of transforming the world is honoring our need for connection, rest, safety, happiness, and belonging. I've spent my life learning to hold space that doesn't pathologize anger, fear, or grief. I recognize that trust is earned over time, and healing comes from the therapeutic alliance itself (the relationship we develop in therapy). I am also affirming and knowledgeable about cross-neurotype relationships, kink, and ENM/CNM communities, including how to navigate consent, community, identity, access/inclusion, conflicting access needs, and power dynamics.
