I believe in the power of self-awareness and holistic growth. My approach is practical, compassionate, and lighthearted. I focus on strength-based models like ACT, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

I respect your autonomy and aim to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment so you can: 1) Make the changes you want in your life, 2) Be empowered to set goals and intentions that align with your values, 3) Increase mindfulness and self-awareness, 4) Begin to understand and respond compassionately to your suffering, and 5) Identify and build your individual strengths. I believe access to mental health care is a social justice issue. Acknowledging that fact requires taking meaningful action to change it. I strive to use my position to act with- and for others in pursuit of identifying and ending systemic racism and social oppression. Thus, I offer significantly reduced rates via Open Path Collective. I also offer sliding scale rates as space allows.
