The goal is to help you live a happier, healthier and more productive life. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.

My services do not stop with getting you clean and sober. I also help your family and loved ones get through the recovery process. Helping clients struggling with substance abuse has become a passion. With extensive understanding, training, and skills in the field of addiction, I’ve made a commitment to help clients and their families who have been directly and indirectly affected by drug use and addiction.

We will work towards the life you prefer by helping you process & identify behaviors, thoughts and feelings that are at the core and contributing to where you currently are. Sessions are supportive and laid back. We work at your pace to address the issues as you see them. You will be taught coping strategies and techniques that will aid in new patterns of thoughts, behaviors and emotions that are aligned with your life goals.

As a caring professional with a background in clinical, OMH (Office of Mental Health) and OASAS (Office of Addiction and Substances Abuse Services) funded MICA (Mentally Ill and Chemically Addicted) treatment settings, I have extensive understanding, training, and skills in the field of mental health and addiction. I am passionate about my work and have helped many adults and young adults with their substance abuse and mental stability.

Your feelings are real and valid and you deserve a space to talk about it.
