I have 7+ years of experience in the mental health world in varying roles. There are many techniques and approaches that can be used in therapy including CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman Method and Motivational Interviewing. There is no one size fits all approach, so I like to work together to develop goals and together decide how best to get there.
