About My Clients
We all face times when we know we want something different for ourselves, but we don’t exactly know what. We know that the world is changing, that we might need to change too, or maybe even learn how to tolerate uncomfortable feelings that change can bring. Maybe there are parts of your life that feel unmanageable or downright difficult. Change can feel overwhelming, and at the same time we can experience new and exciting parts of life as we go through these transitions and challenges.
My Background and Approach
Areas of experience: life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, addiction, communication skills and so much more. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people, with all kinds of stories, and all kinds of room to grow. I look forward to the opportunity to support you through that process. I have 7+ years of experience in the mental health world in varying roles. There are many techniques and approaches that can be used in therapy including CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman Method and Motivational Interviewing. There is no one size fits all approach, so I like to work together to develop goals and together decide how best to get there.
