I specialize in working with teenagers, particularly those who have experienced trauma, abandonment, or loneliness. Many face complex emotions around identity, isolation, and pain, and need a safe space to explore their feelings, build resilience, and gain clarity. My goal is to empower them to understand that healing is a journey, and through self-exploration and support, they can rebuild confidence, find purpose, and develop the tools for a fulfilling life.

I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space where individuals of all identities feel valued and respected. In my school community, I lead a Gay-Straight Alliance to promote diversity, inclusion, and acceptance. I also believe in the healing power of nature and the profound connection between emotional well-being and the environment. A strong advocate for social justice, I work to raise awareness around mental health and ensure access to resources for marginalized communities.
