I love working with people who want to work on improving their situations. I am ready to go at a pace that is comfortable for you. I believe all people are unique and therapy is not a “one size fits all”. Because everyone brings in their own unique set of skills, based on their circumstances, I will meet you where you are.
My Background and Approach
My therapy style is very eclectic, as I like to take aspects of different therapy modalities to fit each person's individual needs. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgemental environment for positive mental health. That includes allowing you to begin and progress at your own pace. I will not try to rush you or push you to speak on things you are not comfortable with. I am here to help you get to where you would like to be. I hope to work with you on your goals very soon.

I am a firm believer that change and growth are possible for all who desire it and are willing to take the necessary steps. I believe that every person is a make up of their entire life's experiences, and that therapy can become one of the life experiences that changes your situation.
