I offer a nonjudgmental and comfortable space to develop a caring and supportive relationship that will assist my clients in working towards their goals, at their own pace. I utilize a creative, motivational approach to therapy that focuses on providing clients with the tools needed to navigate the challenges of life in a way that empowers them.
My Background and Approach
With more than 7 years experience providing care and clinical assessment to adults and late adolescents, I can help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, eating disorders, self-esteem and identity. I help my clients to better understand themselves and support them in building self-confidence to be their true, most authentic selves.
