I have over 3 years of experience assisting various age groups, identities and groups of individuals. I'm working towards obtaining my LCSW licensure (current year) and hold a Mental Health Certification in tandem with my Master's in Clinical Social Work degree from Simmons University since 2022.
My Background and Approach
I practice utilizing various aspects, lenses, domains, and modalities. My key services or lens work that I provide include: solution-focused therapy, CBT/DBT Work with Assignments, Psychodynamic Therapy Interventions, and Motivational Interviewing with an emphasis on 'Empowerment Model'. I believe that everyone deserves an ethical space that is safe, nurturing, and honest regardless of conditions or problems. We all have our own problems that hinders us from growing and developing, there is no shame in seeking guidance, support, or services by someone that focuses on and cares about 'solely you' and your challenges.
