About My Clients
Couples who are engulfed in loneliness, even in each other's presence, yearn for the safety and security they once shared. They’ve tried everything from pouring their hearts out, yelling in frustration, giving each other the silent treatment, and even trying to ignore their problems altogether. Couples end up exhausted and estranged from one another. The solution lies in dismantling walls and rebuilding trust, intimacy, and connection.
Our Approach to Helping
We wholeheartedly believe that every couple has the ability to heal their relationship. Our role as therapists is to empower this process by fostering a safe environment where couples can authentically express themselves, even in the face of loneliness. We understand that conflict can be unpredictable and disorienting, leading couples to feel the need to defend themselves. Our approach is to slow down and thoroughly explore the dynamics within and between the couple. We aim to help couples listen to each other's needs, embrace vulnerability, improve communication, and provide mutual support.

We intentionally prioritize both traditional and nontraditional relationships, believing every couple deserves a dedicated space for their distinctive experiences. Our counseling approach, rooted in cultural competence, creates an environment where your identity propels the relationship toward desired intimacy. We believe in recognizing diverse dynamics shaping relationships, whether culturally rooted, exploring polyamory, or within the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Guided by cultural competence, we establish a therapeutic space where every couple feels acknowledged, understood, and empowered. This inclusive approach embraces cultural influences, exploring and respecting alternative structures and diverse identities through support, respect, and celebration of your relationship's uniqueness.
