About My Clients
Perhaps you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief or loss. Perhaps your are feeling stuck, navigating relationship dynamics, or trying to find meaning and purpose. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed by the uncertain times we find ourselves in, and wanting to disentangle yourself from oppressive conditioning. Life can be hard! We all need support along the way. Therapy can help give a new perspective, move us out of limiting patterns and beliefs, and bring us closer to our true selves.
My Background and Approach
My training and my approach is rooted in an integral, relational, and somatic framework that is attuned to trauma whether that be at the individual, collective, intergenerational, or attachment level. I hold a frame of acceptance, nonjudgment, and curiosity and seek to support your own exploration into your inner life. Through mindfulness, somatic attention, and the relational container of therapy, we can bring more of our experience into our conscious awareness, allowing for a gentle unraveling of the conditioned patterns, core beliefs, and complexes that limit us. This process opens up space for increased choice, flexibility, and freedom in our decisions and our lives, bringing us towards our authentic nature and our true aliveness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is possible, and that our personal healing is interwoven with collective liberation and pursuits for social justice. I imagine a future that is equitable for all people and all beings. I imagine a remembering of the wild places of our psyches that is free from the systems that oppress us. I would be honored to do the work of unraveling and imagining with you.
