About My Clients
You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, or navigating the complexities of motherhood, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with women who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and perinatal mood disorders. My approach is warm, supportive, and understanding—providing a safe space for you to heal and grow.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 and have worked in a variety of roles in the mental health field over the last eight years. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, non-judgemental, and goal oriented. Using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I help clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth and healing is possible. I think that humans were meant to be in community and weren't meant to handle life's struggles on their own. I value authenticity, compassion, and humor.
