About My Clients
Are you tired of pretending to be someone you are not every day? Do you feel like you do not fit in or know your true self? Maybe you are struggle with coming to terms with your sexual orientation or gender identity. Being an outlier in society we often struggle with things such as social anxiety, depression, fear of rejection, attachment, identity, and self-esteem. I am here to help you take the journey to become your authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I have my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Over the past 6 years, I have worked in a behavioral hospital which exposed me to all kinds of mental health issues and populations. I have great success at connecting with my clients and making them feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to help my clients on their journey and watch them grow and progress into their authentic selves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that every individual has the right to live their life on their own terms. There should be no room for judgment or shame in this world. As a proud member of the LGBTQ community and an adoptee, I have been happily married to my husband for nearly a decade. Advocating for human rights and equality is something that I am deeply passionate about and actively involved in within my community. In essence, my values and beliefs are centered around acceptance, equality, and compassion for all living beings.
