About My Clients
I see individuals who often feel like their life looks good on the outside, but what they are feeling internally is different. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. Most of my clients feel as though they are navigating a "quarter-life crisis" and are looking to improve their relationship patterns, heal from attachment trauma, and find more meaning and fulfillment in their life.
My Background and Approach
I believe in modern therapy that allows for a genuine connection to form. I work to maintain a balance of being empathetic and challenging. While I pull from the gold-standard, evidence-based modalities, my approach is down to earth and relational so that you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. In therapy, I’ll help you gain insight into your patterns and how we can move forward with intention. We’ll gain clarity around your values and work towards a more fulfilling life - whatever that looks like to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My priority is to create a genuine, safe relationship so that you can show up as your authentic self. As an existential therapist, I work with individuals around creating a more fulfilling life, including strengthening one’s relationship to themselves and making authentic decisions. We’ll explore the past when relevant, but focus a lot on the present and work towards creating a healthier future. Being human means that life will inevitably present us with challenges; this does not mean there is something wrong with you or that you need to “fix” yourself. I believe we all have our own set of gifts and innate strengths, and therapy is a space that promotes growth in discovering those strengths that lie within.
