About My Clients
My ideal clients are usually looking for an integrative approach to therapy. Many of clients have been to therapy before and want to go deeper into self understanding, and processing long-standing issues that have created feelings of being stuck or hopeless. My clients are open to a variety of approaches, and appreciate a non-directive, consent-based style of communication where they are able to gain agency in their own healing and empower themselves to make long term changes.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist in three states (IL, GA, FL) and offer mental health coaching throughout the US. I have developed several specialities and offerings for clients to choose from based on trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care. I am a certified hypnotherapist, national certified counselor and have been to advanced trainings in: EMDR, ego state/parts work therapy, remote energy work, neurodivergent affirming care for couples, ADHD and motivation, somatic techniques for nervous system health, cannabis education, integration for plant medicine (ketamine, MDMA, psilocybin) experiences, and astrology readings. All offering are optional and based on client's interests and needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have innate healing abilities. I believe we all have access to our own natural healing intelligence or path. I value client's agency to decide how their healing path unfolds, and offer consent-based and non-directive language to empower you to make the best decisions for you. I believe in harm reduction, which means client's can decide how to use therapy and medicines that create the least amount of harm to themselves and others. I believe all humans have the right for equal access to care and respect and strive to always be a practitioner where clients of all backgrounds can feel safe to explore.
