My Approach to Helping
One of the greatest benefits therapy can provide is time and space to slow down and connect with yourself and different parts of you. Drawing from training and experience in a variety of methodologies, as we get to know your patterns and system we will establish an eclectic approach tailored to you. Together we will meet feelings, narratives, patterns and roles with curiosity and compassion. Build capacity for uncertainty and healthy coping as we learn and understand the context in which roles and reactions were cultivated. Align next steps with values.
