About My Clients

I offer online counseling and healing centered coaching services to help global women break free from self-doubt, burnout, impostor syndrome, perfectionism, career and academic stress, anxiety, depression, role strain, and cultural stress. This is a space for healing, self-discovery, learning and unlearning, and reclaiming yourself from the dominant narratives, harmful internalized beliefs, and oppressive systems in your life.

My Background and Approach

I use a relational, narrative (meaning you get to tell your story), feminist, liberatory approach to care, less focused on labeling and diagnosing, and more focused on seeing you as an unique, whole person having a human experience. Experienced in working with Black, Indigenous, Women of Color, I center you as the expert of your experience and me as your thought partner, guide, and passenger seat hype woman. I center curiosity and connection, intuitively listening and feeling into what you are sharing with me and offering you insightful questions, perspectives, and clarity. Through our work together, you’ll reclaim your voice, recover yourself from cycles and patterns that leave you feeling stuck and sabotage your joy, release feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness, regain self-trust, restore confidence in your skills and gifts, reconstruct limiting beliefs and mental blocks, redefine your boundaries, and reconnect you with your human need for rest, pleasure, community, and play.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in creating a liberated world free from white supremacy, domination, patriarchy and exploitative capitalism. As a Black, fat, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, woman and single mother, my identities are complex and political. My life has been touched by poverty, domestic violence, addiction, incarceration, gun violence, child welfare and carceral systems in ways that could have only radicalized me and inform my work today. Navigating the world at the intersections of all of my identities, I am acutely aware of the privileges I hold and the oppression I must confront. Having held onto many experiences of "not-enoughness"—from my body to my racial identity to my status as a black single mother to my value as a woman—that set me on this lifelong practice of healing and I am honored to share that medicine with others. I stand against racism, homophobia, transphobia, sizeism, colorism, classism, sexism, ableism, and all the other “isms” that keep people at the margins of society.
