About My Clients
I specialize in working with adult individuals facing various life challenges. Whether it’s navigating work or school-related stress, managing burnout, coping with life transitions, supporting young adults (18+) navigating the complexities of "adulting," or addressing anxiety and ADHD, I am committed to providing a safe space for exploration and healing.
My Background and Approach
My approach draws from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and preferences, fostering a collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship. I have nearly 10 years of experience in human resources, where I supported employees at global organizations and developed expertise in navigating work spaces, burnout, stress management, relationship-building, and communication skills. I received my clinical training at Fordham University and Jewish Family and Children’s Services, building on these skills and expanding my clinical expertise.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy has been a vital practice for me and my own growth, and I am passionate about creating a safe and collaborative space for others who are seeking to better understand themselves and to achieve their personal goals.
