I offer confidential teletherapy sessions from the comfort of your own home.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, supportive space in which all your identities can truly be seen, heard, and accepted, including cultural background, gender and sexual identity, socioeconomic status, ability, military affiliation, and religious/spiritual orientation. I use person centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and culturally sensitive techniques to address symptoms of depression and anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, grief and loss, issues of oppression, and relational issues. If these are things that you are struggling with, I have years of experience helping people just like you to be successful in their every day lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a peaceful, humorous presence with an interest in spirituality, philosophy, movies, music, art, and nature. I believe experiencing peak moments allows us to connect to the environment around us in meaningful ways. I am my best self when I’m at the beach and in the ocean. I am a former future Buddhist monk who believes we’re all at our best when we’re relaxed, laughing, and not taking ourselves or the world too seriously. I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, supportive space for us to do meaningful, life-changing work together.
