About My Clients
I work with clients coping with being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, perfectionism, family dynamics, work/life imbalance, OCD, and religious trauma. I enjoy working with women and NB individuals who feel uncomfortable with the cultural norms forced upon them. I have experience supporting clients to identify and work with their ND characteristics - including women or NBs who believe they may have undiagnosed ADHD or Autism. I am LGBTQIA+ allied.
My Background and Approach
Together we will dedicate time and space to addressing the challenges you’re facing, and look at how they affect your ability to live the life you want to live. I will work with you to feel more at peace, whether that be through managing and alleviating distressing symptoms or renewing motivation and passion for life. In order to achieve those goals, I use a number of different techniques that I've learned throughout my career and tailor them to each individual client. I love helping clients to identify the strategies that work for them, so that you can see tangible differences in your mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I humbly strive to bring anti-racist and anti-biased perspectives and practices into my personal and professional life. I have worked to educate myself about the fat acceptance, HAES, and body positivity/neutrality communities. As a mindfulness practitioner myself, I bring it into my work when appropriate.
