About My Clients

I have worked with a wide range of clients including caregivers, healthcare workers, artists and business professionals. I enjoy working with adult clients looking for help with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss (including pet loss), life stressors and transitions. I am sex-positive, poly & kink-friendly and I'm committed to providing gender-affirming care and support to the LGBTQI+ community.

My Background and Approach

I seek to understand your values, goals and what you find meaningful in life. My practice supports people seeking a safe, inclusive space for personal growth. With a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, I work with diverse backgrounds and identities. My style is structured, yet approachable and relaxed. As a former trauma informed yoga instructor, I see benefit in the therapeutic applications of mindfulness and meditation. I love being outside and working in partnership with nature as part of the therapy process. My approach to therapy is person-centered and rooted in recovery oriented cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on strengths and is designed to promote empowerment. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and have received formal training in Nature Based Therapy. I often integrate mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
