About My Clients
I work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, loneliness, relationship issues, anger problems, and substance abuse. Pursing career, relational, emotional, and spiritual growth are great reasons to go to counseling. In addition to my regular caseload, in light of the current Covid-19 virus, many of you have been faced with new challenges overnight: Economic stress, Anxiety, Depression, Isolation, & heightened family dynamics. My Background and Approach
Counseling is a team process between the therapist and the client. Some benefits of counseling may include: exploring solutions to problems, emotional support, improved relationships, increased coping skills, reduced anger, reduced isolation, improved self-esteem, positive change, and finding deeper meaning and purpose in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There does not have to be a major crisis to see a counselor. Sometimes it is finally when things are starting to feel stable that we are ready to talk to someone. We all have places in our lives where we can benefit from increased healing. Pursuing counseling for personal growth can help you identify your blind spots, grow your self-awareness, understand your motivations, overcome fear, and grow in compassion for yourself and others.
